Ange & Nan, the new owners, hope to fill a void on the eating scene, particularly for students from the QVMAG Inveresk campus, just over the road.
The takeaway-style bar (with limited dine in seating) offers a healthy fresh menu of Japanese street food including artisan dumplings, octopus balls (my face – they’re absolotely delicious) , assorted sushi and some crispy calamari & spring roll options.
Despite some early teething problems (e.g. no menu, eftpos, phone), Ange & Nan intend to iron them all out & up the ante to provide a seamless service.
