Theatre North at the Princess, in partnership with the University of Tasmania School of Creative Arts, are hosting a series of FREE workshops run by Circus Oz, ahead of their performance Circus Oz: Model Citizens – Launceston at the Princess Theatre on Wednesday 1 August, 7.30pm.
Celebrating their 40th year, Circus Oz are pleased to be able to offer these workshops where participants will learn and practice a range of circus skills and tricks, including Manipulation skills (such as juggling, devil sticks, diabolo, plate spinning, poi), Hula Hooping, Physical movement, Circus and Theatre games.
The workshops will be run by professional circus trainers Kyle Raftery and Karen Edelenbos, who have both had extensive experience with Circus Oz.
DURATION:
Each session runs for 1 hour
