Come along to a workshop designed for Women to learn more about how your diet affects your health, We’ll talk about gut health, real food V’s conventional diets, what does inflamation in the body look like and what type of foods to include for better health for you and your family. We’ll also do a fun demo on how to make sauerkraut and talk about other gut friendly concoctions such as bone broth and kombucha with some samples available to try at the workshop. You’ll walk away with knowledge and some recipes to implement at home.

We will not only have a variety of market stalls for you to enjoy there will also be some light entertainment from a few young dancers, a raffle and a silent auction.
