From Life-Support to Life Workshop

Christina will share the lessons she learnt about health and wellness from after coming off life support in 2013, after the birth of her last baby, lessons she has used to help many starts really living again.

Come along to a workshop designed for Women to learn more about how your diet affects your health, We’ll talk about gut health, real food V’s conventional diets, what does inflamation in the body look like and what type of foods to include for better health for you and your family. We’ll also do a fun demo on how to make sauerkraut and talk about other gut friendly concoctions such as bone broth and kombucha with some samples available to try at the workshop. You’ll walk away with knowledge and some recipes to implement at home.

If there are still seats available on the day just see us at our table at the expo prior to 11am for booking and payment.
