Run & Walk for your Heart is a 5k run or walk presented by Clifford Craig Foundation & Rotary Club of Launceston to raise awareness of Heart Disease in Northern Tasmania.
Australia's biggest killer, heart disease - 1 in 6 affected with Northern Tasmanians one of the highest in the nation.
The 5k event starts at 10am from UTAS Stadium and the Kids 800m event starts at 9:30am. A free healthy kick-start grab 'n go refuel station is provided to all participants and a free health check from our healthy lifestyle station.
Run, walk, jog or push - just get moving and let's all make a commitment to better heart health!

This classic Tas/Melb band is reuniting for Tunes in the Tulilps. This cut through pub band sold out the Tassie pub scene in the late 80's and early 90's. Featuring on Countdown Revolution in the early 90's, their classic album "Left" is still loved today. Reforming in the late 90's as "The Dunaways" they traversed Melbourne and Tasmania. We are ecstatic to have "Fish" play this year.

Matt's Sunday vibes with his blues and roots flavour will get you going. This solo artist has a one man band style, the rhythm he creates with his feet and guitar gives Matt's sound a richness and depth. We are lucky to be catching him on his Tassie tour.
