Food Trucks have become so popular in Tasmania & Launceston and the North certainly have their fair share of variety.
The Food Truck craze came to Launceston in 2013.
Originally food vans and trucks would pull up on High Street, which quickly became affectionately known as “Eat Street”.
However, in 2023, food trucks can be found in most suburbs and on most days, with an entire Bridport parcel of land devoted to a food truck park. It’s a doozy and it’s right next to the beach.
