City of Launceston’s 2017/18 Annual Budget
The City of Launceston’s 2017/18 Annual Budget aims to keep rates as low as possible for all property owners, while allowing the Council to provide services, facilities and infrastructure upgrades for the betterment of the entire Launceston municipality.
A capital works program of more than $26m is in place and there are many exciting projects the Council will be rolling out in the year ahead, including major projects like the North Bank redevelopment, Macquarie House redevelopment, Civic Square redevelopment, Ravenswood skate park upgrade, Newstead flood levee and many more.
