Pasta Merchant serves up a delicious range of pasta & sauces, freshly made in store daily together with cakes, slices & their very own range of gelato. All available to eat in or take away. Fresh pasta is that bit more luxurious than dried pasta, it’s richer and silkier and goes beautifully, and equally well with creamy or buttery sauces and tomato or meat sauces. Fresh pasta cooks in less than half the time of dried pasta and also cooks beautifully from frozen. No need to defrost just add to plenty of salted boiling water.
