Nigel’s Gourmet is a family owned and operated Tasmanian butcher sourcing the finest in local produce.
Nigel’s produces their own smallgoods – ham, cabana, pastrami & bacon, the old fashioned way & stocks locally born & bred beef, lamb & pork along with certified free range Lilydale chicken.
Sausages are their specialty having won numerous awards, nationally & statewide – as seen below. Other products available at the Meadows Mews store include locally produced gourmet goods such as smoked salt, pure & purple garlic, chutneys, jams & relishes.
