Hinton Bay Vineyard places it emphases on growing premium quality fruit, resulting in the production of ultra premium wines.
Everything is done by hand in very traditional French practices, from the vineyard to the bottle.
Both the Hinton Bay Chardonnay and Pinot Noir featured in the medal count at the highly acclaimed Royal Hobart International Wine Show in 2007.
Furthermore, Hinton Bay Vineyard incorporates a cooking school and kitchen to showcase their wines and freshly grown produce.
