Elaia Café was the first café and restaurant to begin in the location, which has affectionately been dubbed, the Paris end of Charles Street.

Elaia is still owned & operated by its original owners, Ritsa & Perry (Head Chef) Nicholas, who run a well organised eatery with delicious offerings.
