After more than 10 years of commitment to the Launceston and Northern Tasmania food scene, it has become quite obvious that places continually marketed to the visitor, have undeservedly earned chunks of accolades all for the wrong reasons.

Our aim has always been to give a fair and measured view with unbiased opinions.  Our new and improved way of giving credit where credit is due, is of integral importance to providing a true and accurate representation of the best our town and region has to offer.
