BEACONSFIELD YOUTH & COMMUNITY FESTIVAL
3pm-6pm | Beaconsfield RSL Park and Community Centre
The second Beaconsfield Youth & Community Festival will feature a range of activities, games and prizes, and importantly, food!
– ALL ACTIVITIES ARE FREE!!
– ‘Can You Play’ live music event will feature live music from Awkward Silence, Cody Gunton, Tim Gambles, Serenity Jones, Blue Note and a dance performance from Bee Bop.
– The Art Competition and Exhibition invites children and young people of the West Tamar to enter artwork that represents ‘community’. Artwork will be displayed at the Festival with judges awarding many prizes.
– Hosted by Red Herring, a Skateboarding and scooter competition will be held for kids aged under, and over 12 years. This activity will be a key moment to bring the community together celebrating the talent of local young people.
– The Youth Advisory Council will be hosting a Waterzone activity station and we encourage you to come ready for some waterbased activities!
